Lincoln Kenpo-Karate School


Lincoln Kenpo-Karate offers a wide range of benefits to people from 4 to 80 years of age.  We believe the martial arts has something for everyone, whether it's developing focus for a young child, increasing flexability for a senior, or providing a fun activity for the whole family.  At Lincoln Kenpo-Karate, our instructors are there to help you attain your personal goals, whatever they may be.  Through our unique program, you will enjoy every minute of your training as you reach new levels of physical fitness, experience increased self-confidence, and learn the mental and physical skills necessary to defend yourself in any situation. Our school offers intruction in the following classes:

Little Ninja's 4 to 6 years of age

Our little ninja program is designed for pre school aged children 4 to 6 years of age.  The curriculum taught in this class is designed to prepare children for martial art instruction as well as prepare them for school.  Children focus on 8 essential life skills needed to succed in life.  Basic martial art technique is used to teach the children their life skills.  This class is all about fun.

Kid's Class 6 to 13 years of age

Karate offers a whole range of benefits to aid in your child's learning process.  Apart from the increase in motor skills, such as coordination, balance, and agility, martial arts offer a number of far reaching benefits.

Lincoln Kenpo-Karate will help your child learn self-control, self-respect, concentration, and self-confidence.  These skills go a long way in helping your child excel at home, at school, and in life.

Adult Class 13 and up

The adult class has something for everyone.  Lincoln Kenpo-Karate offers specialized self-defense training so you can learn the basics quickly and easily.  We will teach you how to overcome grabs, punches, kicks, ground assault, and even weapons. You will learn to recognize, avoid, and defend against dangerous situations.  Aside from the feeling of confidence that comes from knowing that you can protect yourself, martial arts is a great way to stay in shape.  The stretching and fitness exercises are an excellent way to lose weight, tone your body, and feel great. We can help you relieve tension and stress from the modern world.
